These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at usdtb.money (the "Site"), operated by Pallas (BVI) Ltd (“Pallas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You acknowledge and agree that you will be bound by these Terms and policies.
Section 12 of these Terms governs how these Terms may be changed over time; the date of the last update is set forth at the top of these Terms.

The Site is for informational purposes only and does not offer any financial products, services, or transactions. Your access to and use of the Site is subject to these Terms.
Eligibility
To access or use the Site, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and not barred from using the Site under applicable laws. You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where access to the Site is prohibited, including any sanctioned countries. Pallas and its affiliates (the “Pallas Entities”) disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy, availability, security, or reliability of the Site; any harm from its use; compatibility with devices; or uninterrupted access. Information may not be up to date; verify independently. Links to third-party content are for convenience; we do not endorse them and have no liability. All information is informational only and not advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pallas and the Pallas Entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise), even if advised of such possibility. If any limitation is unenforceable, our total liability is limited to $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the limitations set forth above may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.
Indemnification; Release
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pallas, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Site.
If you have a dispute with one or more users or third parties, you release Pallas (and its affiliates and service providers, and each of their officers, directors, agents, joint ventures, employees and representatives) from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters (e.g., flood, fire, earthquake), war, terrorism, riots, government actions, embargoes, strikes, or widespread utility failures.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be the courts in the British Virgin Islands.
Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY - IT MAY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
You and Pallas agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim (“Claim”) relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration under the BVI IAC Arbitration Rules, by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with those rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English on an individual basis-class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. You and Pallas waive the right to trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
Exceptions: Disputes may be resolved in court for (i) small claims within jurisdictional limits, (ii) injunctive relief only, or (iii) intellectual property disputes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any proceeding will be on an individual basis only, not as part of any class or representative action. If this waiver is unenforceable, the arbitration agreement is void for that proceeding.
Miscellaneous
We may amend these Terms by posting the revised version with an updated date; changes are effective upon your next use. If you disagree, stop using the Site. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable. These Terms may be assigned by Pallas but not by you without consent. No waiver of any breach is a waiver of others. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
